Curves Complete:
Online weight management program where members can potentially lose 20lbs & 20in in 90 days.
Curves Smart:
A computerized personal training system. Each member's range-of-motion & repetitions are recorded on a computerized key tag. The results are compared daily to motivate and challenge members to burn up to 500 calories per 30 minute workout.
Curves Stretch Circuit:
Stretch every major muscle group during the last five minutes of the workout. Properly stretching muscles helps members avoid injuries.

Wednesdays 10am - 10:45am
Blood Pressure Check: Thursdays 8am - 9:30am
